ABES-PB: I Encontro de Saneamento Ambiental no IFPB reúne estudantes de diversos Campus do Instituto

Com um público de 250 pessoas, o evento acontceu nesta quarta-feira (20), em João Pessoa, capital paraibana.

A ABES Paraíba realizou nesta quarta-feira, 20 de setembro, o I Encontro de Saneamento Ambiental no IFPB. O evento contou com a participação de cerca de 250 alunos, professores e convidados do Instituto, de diversos Campus, como de João Pessoa, de Patos e de Campina Grande.

As palestras abordaram os quatro componentes do saneamento. Lecionadas por Dr. Laudízio Diniz com o tema “A estrutura do Saneamento Básico no Estado da Paraíba”; Dr. George Cunha, que apresentou o Case João Pessoa “aproveitamento de cavas de calcário para tratamento dos efluentes de esgotos”; Dra Claudia Coutinho, explanou sobre “A importância da Gestão de Resíduos Sólidos” e o Dr Tarciso Cabral, que palestrou sobre “Sistemas de Drenagem de Águas Pluviais de João Pessoa: evolução e perspectivas”.

Também marcaram presença no Encontro, o diretor geral do Campus de João Pessoa, Ricardo Ferreira, os coordenadores dos cursos Adriano Silva e Mellyne Madeiros, as docentes Mirella Costa e Camilla Fama, e o diretor de Expansão da Cagepa, Ricardo Moisés.

Em nome de toda sua direção, a ABES PB agradece a parceria do IFPB e da CAGEPA que ajudaram a organizar esse importante encontro.

A ABES PB está comprometida em fomentar o diálogo e promovendo debates enriquecedores sobre o saneamento ambiental. Entendemos a importância de discutir temas relevantes com a sociedade buscando sempre a universalização dos serviços de saneamento em prol de toda população da Paraíba.
