Promovido pelo Comitê Nacional da Qualidade ABES, o debate teve como objetivo apresentar experiências práticas para o modelo ágil de fazer negócios.

A Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES, por meio do CNQA – Comitê Nacional da Qualidade ABES, promoveu nesta terça, 30 de junho, um webinar no programa ABES Conecta sobre planejamento ágil, cenários VUCA (Volatilidade, Incerteza, Complexidade e Ambiguidade) e o papel da governança nas empresas. O evento online contou com palestras de Daniel Santoro, conselheiro de administração de empresas e instituições e empresário, Samanta Tavares de Souza, Superintendente Comercial e de Relacionamento com o Cliente da Sabesp Metropolitana e coordenadora da Câmara Temática da ABES de Prestação de Serviços e Relacionamento com Clientes; e Luiz Marcelo da Costa Correia, diretor de Digital Experience (LATAM) do McDonald’s. A mediação foi feita pelo consultor técnico do CNQA, Carlos Schauff.
O secretário do CNQA, Márcio Romero, participou da abertura do evento e destacou a inovação da ABES em promover cursos e webinares online. “A ABES mais uma vez traz inovação para o setor com o seu conteúdo digital para levar informação e conhecimento para o público”, enalteceu.
Em sua apresentação, Samanta Tavares de Souza explicou que vem adotando o termo “Novo Presente” para o seu trabalho, pois, segundo ela, esta é uma nova forma de enxergar o mundo e se adaptar às diversas situações.
“As empresas de saneamento precisam mudar o mindset e só se sustentarão aquelas que se reinventarem com o planejamento ágil”, enfatizou Samanta. “Estou muito feliz com a iniciativa do CNQA e de poder participar desse debate”, disse.
Luiz Marcelo da Costa Correia discorreu sobre a implantação digital na empresa. Correia adotou uma série de ações para aumentar a forma do Mc Donald’s se relacionar com os clientes utilizando a tecnologia a seu favor, como aplicativo próprio e delivery com parceria com aplicativos de rápida entregas.
“Há muita coisa para ser feita no meio digital. As ações foram desenvolvidas para agilizar o processo com os clientes que estão cada vez mais digitais”, afirmou.
O empresário Daniel Santoro abordou, entre outros tópicos, governança, gestão e controle. Defendeu que o uso da metodologia BSC (BSC – Balanced Scorecard) traz ciência e perspectiva e destacou a importância do planejamento ágil.
“Precisamos tomar cuidado com as mudanças absolutas. Podemos usar as metodologias de forma equilibrada”, frisou o empresário. “A externalidade exige resoluções internas nas empresas para avançarmos no planejamento e na área de pessoas. Os métodos ágeis trazem clareza e movimento para as estratégias que serão desenvolvidas”, reiterou Santoro.
O mediador do debate, Carlos Schauff, comentou sobre a realização. “Nosso objetivo foi trazer experiências práticas para o modelo ágil de fazer negócio. A live ajudou a trazer conhecimento e inovação sobre o tema para o público”, finalizou Schauff.
