ABES-PA premia profissionais e empresas do saneamento paraense

Cerimônia de entega dos treféus e homenagens aconteceu durante o Workshop ABES-PA 2022, realizado na semana de 5 a 9 de dezembro, em Belém, com transmissão pelo YouTube.

Entre os dias 5 e 9 de dezembro, a Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental Seção Pará (ABES-PA) promoveu a 12ª edição do Workshop ABES-PA 2022. Durante o evento, que aconteceu de forma híbrida: presencial, na Uninassau, em Belém, e online, com transmissão pelo YouTube, foi realizada a cerimônia de homenagens e premiações a profissionais e empresas parceiras da seção paraense.

Apresentada pela presidente Vanessa Mello, a solenidade começou relembrando um profissional de grande destaque nas ações de Saneamento no Estado do Pará, que faleceu no ano passado: Dadir Alberto da Silva.

O especialista possuía graduação em Engenharia Civil e Engenharia Sanitária, ambas pela Universidade Federal do Pará e mestre em Hidráulica e Saneamento pela Universidade de São Carlos. Foi docente do Instituto de Tecnologia da UFPA por 41 anos, além de ter atuado como diretor de Operações da Cosanpa. Dadir era empresário na construção civil e proprietário da empresa SANER Engenharia, tendo como seus principais campos de atuação a área da Hidráulica e Saneamento. A homenagem póstuma foi entregue por Vanessa Mello a Darlei Silva da Silva, filho de Dadir.

O Prêmio Sócio Padrão da ABES-PA 2022, conferido ao sócio que se mantém fiel à ABES-PA, contribuindo regularmente ao longo dos anos, foi entregue ao engenheiro sanitarista Haroldo Luis Pessoa Picanço, profissional de muita importância para a ABES, associado à Seção paraense há 36 anos.

Como profissional, foi presidente da ABES-PA (2001-03), ainda neste biênio foi membro efetivo do Conselho Estadual de Saúde do Estado do Pará, representando a ABES-PA. Atualmente, é membro do Conselho da seção, biênio 2021-23, e representante da Seção junto ao Conselho Estadual de Recursos Hídricos do Estado do Pará.

Recebeu o Prêmio Empresa Parceira da ABES-PA 2022, destinado à empresa que foi apoiadora e incentivadora das ações da Seção neste ano, Terra Meio Ambiente, que é parceira da ABES-PA desde 2018 e foi representada por seu coordenador de Projetos, Neyson Martins Mendonça.

O Prêmio Personalidade do Saneamento Ambiental do 2022 é concedido a profissionais cujas ações se destacam no setor do Saneamento Ambiental e que buscam formas de contribuir com a sociedade e com o meio ambiente, visando sua melhoria.

Desde 2021, a Diretoria da ABES-PA busca inovar o processo de indicação, abrindo a escolha desta categoria à sociedade, por meio de indicação online. E depois de finalizado o prazo para indicações, a profissional com o maior número de indicações foi Maria Ludetana Araújo.

Graduada em Licenciatura em Pedagogia e Administração Escolar e História, ambas pela UFPA, Maria Ludetana é doutora em Filosofia e Ciências da Educação pela UNED-Madrid. Coordenou o Núcleo de Estudos e Educação Ambiental da Secretaria Executiva de Ciência, Tecnologia e Meio Ambiente do Estado do Pará, atuando na implantação e coordenação da Política de Educação Ambiental no Estado. Diretora do Departamento de Apoio Didático Científico da pró-reitoria de Ensino de Graduação da UFPA, possui ampla experiência na área de Educação Ambiental, consultoria, coordenação e desenvolvimento de vários projetos de pesquisa, ensino e extensão na área de gestão ambiental. É pesquisadora colaboradora do Grupo de Estudos em Educação, Cultura e Meio Ambiente.

O Prêmio Destaque no Saneamento e Meio Ambiente é conferido à empresa que durante o ano se destacou na realização de projetos, com comprometimento e sustentabilidade para o saneamento e meio ambiente. Desta forma, a Diretoria da ABES-PA elegeu para ser congratulada a Hidrosam Saneamento e Meio Ambiente, representada na ocasião pelo Diretor Haroldo Luis Pessoa Picanço.

Todos os prêmios foram entregues pela presidente da ABES-PA, Vanessa Mello.
