AIDIS abre inscrições para bolsa em universidade do México. Veja como participar

Estão abertas as inscrições para a 22ª edição da Beca Horst Otterstetter, uma bolsa fruto de convênio entre a AIDIS – Associação Interamericana de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental e o Instituto de Engenharia da UNAM (Universidade Nacional Autônoma do México), para um intercâmbio em Engenharia Ambiental na instituição educacional. As inscrições vão até o dia 8 de julho e o vencedor da bolsa será conhecido em 16 de agosto. A edição 2018 contemplou o engenheiro ambiental Tiago Liberalesso, associado da ABES Seção Rio Grande do Sul (ABES-RS) – leia aqui.

Podem participar estudantes de graduação ou pós-graduação de engenharia ambiental ou relacionados do último ano de estudos ou recém-formados, nacionais e residentes de um país membro da AIDIS. A ABES é o capítulo brasileiro da associação. Os participantes devem atender aos seguintes requisitos:

  • Ser nacional ou residir legalmente em um país membro da AIDIS, com a exceção do México. Estrangeiros residentes no México não serão considerados candidatos.
  • Ter um máximo de 24 anos para um diploma de bacharel e 26 anos para um mestrado – data de entrega da aplicação.
  • Ter obtido um diploma em engenharia ambiental (ou relacionado) ou um mestrado em engenharia ambiental (ou relacionado) entre 9 de julho de 2018 e 8 de julho de 2019, ou estar no último ano do programa de mestrado em engenharia ambiental (ou afins), em uma instituição de ensino superior localizada em um país membro da AIDIS com exceção do México.
  • Enviar uma solicitação com os documentos de suporte solicitados nos escritórios do capítulo nacional correspondente da AIDIS (original e duas cópias). Além disso, enviar uma cópia do pedido com os documentos comprovativos digitalizados para o Instituto Engenharia da UNAM para o endereço mec@pumas.ii.unam.mx e para o Management Executivo da AIDIS (aidis@aidisnet.org).

Os documentos que devem ser incluídos no arquivo do aplicativo são:

• Formulário de inscrição devidamente preenchido;

• Currículo Vite. • Cópia da certidão de nascimento;

• Cópia do grau de engenheiro ambiental (ou relacionado) ou mestrado, conforme o caso;

• Se aplicável, uma cópia da inscrição no programa de mestrado em engenharia ambiental (ou relacionada) e carta do tutor acadêmico autorizando o aluno a participar desta chamada;

• Registro acadêmico (registro das notas dos cursos que compõem o currículo);

• 3 cartas de recomendação acadêmica. • Prova de boa saúde, emitida por uma instituição reconhecida no respectivo país;

• Cópia de um passaporte válido válido por mais de um ano a partir da data de apresentação do pedido;

• Carta de motivos.

Os capítulos nacionais do AIDIS realizarão a avaliação dos arquivos apresentados em tempo hábil e definirão um único candidato. Posteriormente, a seleção final será feita entre os candidatos apresentados por cada capítulo da AIDIS e estará a cargo de uma equipe de acadêmicos nomeado pelo Instituto de Engenharia UNAM, pelo presidente da Associação Mexicana de Engenharia, Gestão e Ciências Ambientais júri ( AMICA), capítulo mexicano da AIDIS, e por um membro designado pela AIDIS Interamericana.

A bolsa será concedida em uma das duas categorias, bacharelado ou mestrado. Este será composto de um valor mensal de $ 11,550.00 MN (diploma de engenharia) e US $ 13,125.00 MN (mestrado) por seis meses, estendida.

O compromisso adquirido pelo estagiário é o de realizar trabalho de pesquisa em tempo integral nas instalações do Instituto de Engenharia da Universidade Nacional Autônoma do México, de acordo com um plano de trabalho apresentado no momento da notificação da atribuição da subvenção.

As aulas acontecerão de 1º de outubro de 2019 a 31 de março de 2020.
