O objetivo é incentivar a sociedade civil e entidades a contribuir e participar da construção do Plano Nacional de Adaptação à Mudança do Clima.

As contribuições e sugestões fundamentadas e devidamente identificadas devem ser encaminhadas, até o dia 22 de novembro de 2015, por meio do formulário eletrônico disponível no endereço: hotsite.mma.gov.br/consultapublicapna .
