CT Gestão de Perdas 2016: conhecimento, difusão e regionalização

Os integrantes da Câmara Pierre Ribeiro de Siqueira (coordenador da CT), Ricardo Rover (coordenador adjunto) e César Renholt Meyer fazem um balanço das atividades da Câmara em 2015 e discorrem sobre as perspectivas para o ano que se inicia. Leia abaixo:

O grande desafio da Câmara Temática de Gestão de Perdas para 2016 é estimular a ativação nas outras regiões do Brasil do funcionamento do Fórum de Debates sobre eficiência operacional dos sistemas públicos de abastecimento de água através da redução das perdas; assim como ocorre na região Sul do país nos estados do Rio Grande do Sul e Santa Catarina.

Neste sentido, a Câmara visa fomentar a discussão de políticas, normas e procedimentos relativos ao Controle e Redução das Perdas de Água; promover diagnósticos das necessidades locais existentes nos sistemas públicos de abastecimento de água potável e correlacionar racionalmente com as atividades clássicas que possuem potencial para a redução das fugas de água.

As perspectivas de atividades para 2016 são muito boas. A CT Gestão de Perdas continuará estimulando a criação das Câmaras Estaduais. Essa ampliação levará poder de decisão de técnicos e gestores nas distintas unidades da Federação para que profissionais do setor possam fazer as escolhas adequadas às realidades locais.

Pontuamos aqui a disseminação da comunicação online para proporcionar intercâmbio e celeridade de informações técnicas, assim como debates entre os profissionais que atuam na área. Está prevista ainda para o primeiro semestre de 2016 a criação de grupo de discussão e troca de informações em rede através de Biblioteca Virtual, com disponibilização de material técnico sobre o tema.

abesscEm 2016, além das reuniões e palestrantes convidados, estão programados dois treinamentos: Projeto de Setorização e Método de Análise e Solução de Problemas (MASPP).

Por fim, e com muitos desafios, no segundo semestre será realizado o II Seminário Nacional de Gestão e Controle de Perdas que se realizará no Paraná, onde será criada a Câmara Estadual de Gestão de Perdas.

Balanço 2015

O ano de 2015 foi histórico para a Câmara Temática de Gestão de Perdas, principalmente pelo fortalecimento de criação de CT Estaduais na Regional Sul:

A Câmara Técnica da ABES da Seccional Rio Grande do Sul está em franco desenvolvimento, e neste ano foram ministrados cursos e reuniões periódicas nos quais foram oportunizados palestras e debates. Neste contexto, representantes de empresas de saneamento estadual, municipais e privadas trocaram conhecimentos e experiências que culminaram com um ofício de sugestões às direções empresas relacionado a indicadores.

Neste ano também foi realizado o I Seminário Nacional de Gestão e Controle de Perdas com qualificados profissionais de vários estados do Brasil, tanto na plateia como entre os palestrantes. Deste Seminário, originaram-se as“Cartas de Porto Alegre para a Gestão de Perdas” endereçadas às empresas de Saneamento e ao Governo Federal, apresentada e respaldada pelo 28º Congresso Nacional da ABES. A CT da ABES-RS tem a coordenação executiva dos colegas Ricardo Rover Machado (CORSAN) e Rosane Radüns Coimbra (DMAE-Porto Alegre).

Além disso, foi criada a Câmara Técnica da ABES Seção Santa Catarina dentro das atividades do Fórum Horizontes da Água realizada pela Empresa Águas de Joinville. Desde a sua criação, a CT conta com a participação da empresa estadual e de várias empresas municipais, muito estimuladas à troca de experiências, conhecimentos e tecnologias.

Criada em novembro, a Câmara está planejando as atividades para o ano de 2016 que com certeza será de muitas realizações. A CT da ABES-SC tem a coordenação executiva dos colegas César Renholt Meyer (Águas de Joinville) e Andréia May (CASAN).

Ainda em dezembro, foi a realizada a primeira reunião da Câmara afim de aprovar o regulamento e estabelecer o calendário para 2016. Já foram definidas as datas e alguns locais para as próximas reuniões.

O engajamento das empresas neste primeiro momento foi grande e promete formar um grupo bastante ativo e fortalecer a discussão e ações de combate às perdas no estado de Santa Catarina tanto em âmbito regional como nacional.

A Regional Sul da CT é coordenada pelo Engº Mário Augusto Baggio (HOperações), que contribui sempre com seu grande conhecimento e experiência. (foto)
