Em razão da importância que o assunto requer e a necessidade de informações para o esclarecimento do população, a ABES-SP está antecipando o Webinar – Palestra Técnica Coronavírus: epidemiologia, panorama e enfrentamento da pandemia, para o dia 18/03 (quarta-feira), das 10h às 12h. Evento gratuito. Clique aqui e inscreva-se.

A palestra será transmitida somente via internet.

Devido ao alto interesse de participantes de outros estados, a palestra, que seria presencial, será ministrada em uma plataforma online.

A palestra será ministrada pela Profª. Drª Ana Freitas Ribeiro, médica sanitarista e epidemiologista do Instituto de Infectologia Emílio Ribas.

Ana Freitas possui graduação em Medicina pela Universidade Federal Fluminense (1986), residência em medicina preventiva e social na Escola Nacional de Saúde Pública- FIOCRUZ-RJ (1989). Finalizou o mestrado (1999) e doutorado (2015) em Saúde Pública pela Faculdade de Saúde Pública da Universidade de São Paulo-USP. Fez doutorado, com período sanduiche CNPQ, no Centers for Disease, Control and Prevention nos Estados Unidos, durante 4 meses (2013). Foi diretora do Centro de Vigilância Epidemiológica da Secretaria de Estado da Saúde de São Paulo de 2007 a 2014. Atualmente é professora do mestrado profissional de gestão em sistemas de saúde da Universidade Nove de Julho, professora da Faculdade de Medicina Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul. Sanitarista da Prefeitura Municipal de São Paulo, comissionada no Instituto de Infectologia Emílio Ribas, coordenadora do Serviço de Epidemiologia. Tem experiência na área de Saúde Coletiva, com ênfase em epidemiologia, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: vigilância em saúde pública, doenças infecciosas: influenza A/H1N1, febre amarela, dengue e doenças imunopreveníveis.
