ABES-SP e ABRELPE lançam Programa de Conformidade em gestão ambiental e de resíduos de saúde

Roseane Souza, da ABES-SP, fala ao público do simpósio

O II Simpósio Internacional de Resíduos de Serviços de Saúde, promovido pela ABES-SP e outras entidades de 25 a 27 de abril no IPT/USP, em São Paulo, foi palco para o lançamento do Programa de Conformidade em Gestão Ambiental e de Resíduos de Saúde, uma parceria da Associação Brasileira de Empresas de Limpeza Pública e Resíduos Especiais – ABRELPE com a Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária Seção São Paulo – ABES-SP. As entidades percebeu a necessidade de ofereçer a sociedade uma contribuição importante ao lançar o Programa com a finalidade de CERTIFICAR e adicionalmente auxiliar os geradores na pratica de eficiente política de gestão ambiental, usando como ferramenta básica a aplicação de modernas práticas baseadas na legislação vigente.

O objetivo do programa é abranger todas as áreas e adicionalmente auxiliar os gestores de saúde na prática de eficiente política de gestão ambiental, usando como ferramenta básica a aplicação de modernas práticas baseadas nas legislações e normas de boas práticas.

A ABES-SP e ABRELPE trabalharam juntas para oferecer à sociedade esta importante contribuição. A parceria para a construção do Programa tem origem na ação conjunta das entidades nos trabalhos de revisão das Normas Técnicas da ABNT a respeito dos Resíduos de Saúde, cuja coordenação ficou a cargo da Câmara Técnica de Resíduos Sólidos da ABES/SP.

“Ao constatarmos esse risco para a sociedade, decorrente da ausência do poder público na avaliação e acompanhamento da eficiência e eficácia dos Planos de Gerenciamento de RSS dos estabelecimentos de saúde, percebemos a urgente necessidade das entidades do segmento oferecerem sua contribuição conferindo conformidade aos geradores”, ressalta Odair Luiz Segantini, da ABRELPE.

Para Roseane Maria Garcia Lopes de Souza, diretora da ABES-SP e coordenadora da Câmara Técnica de Resíduos Sólidos da entidade, “ o Brasil necessita de um programa nacional de excelência na inovação e gestão em Resíduos de Serviços de Saúde e ABRELPE a ABES tem se destacado ao longo dos anos por seu espírito inovador, estrutura organizativa e parceria, onde estamos preparados para oferecer as empresas e organizações de serviços de saúde soluções eficientes e inovadoras, ao nível de gestão do ambiente e do cliente”.

As inscrições para adesão serão abertas em breve e divulgadas pela ABRELPE e ABES-SP e os interessados em aderir ao Programa poderão manifestar formalmente sua intensão.

I have had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are wasted just trying to figure out how to begin.
