No dia 22 de outubro, a Câmara Técnica de Gestão de Perdas e Eficiência Energética da Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental ABES Seção Rio Grande do Sul (ABES-RS) promoveu sua 14ª reunião, com discussão sobre “Diagnósticos Operacionais e Gestão Eficiente”. O encontro ocorreu na sede da CORSAN/RS, em Porto Alegre, e contou com a participação de aproximadamente 40 profissionais. Estiveram presentes representantes da CORSAN, DMAE, SEMAE, COMUSA, além de consultores e profissionais interessados no tema.
O evento e proporcionou aos presentes, em um primeiro momento, conhecer o programa “SEMAE Sustentável”, apresentado pelo engenheiro Everson Gardel de Melo, na presença do Diretor-Geral do órgão, Sr. Anderson Etter. Segundo o engenheiro Ricardo Röver Machado, que coordena a CT e a Câmara Temática de Gestão de Perdas e Eficiência Energética da ABES, em âmbito nacional, foi detalhado o verdadeiro salto de qualidade do Serviço Municipal de Água e Esgotos de São Leopoldo com a criação de Distritos de Medição e Controle, bem como a aplicação de tecnologias e técnicas de gestão.
Ainda de acordo com Röver, seguindo diretrizes da Câmara Nacional de Gestão de Perdas e Eficiência Energética da ABES, houve também a apresentação do Engº Mário Augusto Bággio, consultor e gestor da empresa WaterDB – Soluções em Saneamento. “Foram apresentados aos presentes 4 modelos de diagnósticos operacionais, ferramentas fundamentais ao conhecimento dos sistemas e de apoio à tomada de decisões. Com sua rica experiência na SANEPAR e em outras empresas como consultor, enriqueceu a sua apresentação com exemplos práticos e muito conhecimento técnico”, conta.
“É uma realização para a ABES reunir tantos profissionais para aprofundar questões que enfrentamos no dia-a-dia. A sociedade precisa de ações sustentáveis, e a troca de experiências e conhecimentos qualifica as empresas e os profissionais presentes e nos impulsiona a seguir em frente. Já estamos programando novas ações de capacitação e qualificação em gestão de perdas e eficiência energética para o próximo ano”, explica Ricardo Röver Machado.
Sobre a CT de Gestão de Perdas
Com a intenção de discutir e melhorar os processos de gestão de perdas de água e eficiência energética, a ABES-RS criou a CT de Gestão de Perdas ao final de 2014, iniciativa pioneira no Brasil e que já estimulou a criação das excelentes Câmaras Temáticas de Santa Catarina, Paraná e, mais recentemente, de Minas Gerais.
“Espaço criado para reunir profissionais interessados no tema, as suas reuniões congregam empresas de saneamento que atuam em seus estados, além de prestadoras de serviço e fornecedores de materiais/equipamentos. Desta forma, as reuniões são sempre muito instrutivas, os debates muito ricos, e todos os participantes agregam conhecimentos para aplicação em seus locais de origem”, frisa Röver.
