O presidente da ABES Seção Rio de Janeiro (ABES-RJ), Miguel Fernández, participou do programa mensal Crea Debate, realizado pelo Crea-RJ (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia do Rio de Janeiro). O programa é um espaço de discussão de políticas públicas envolvendo os atores dos mais variados segmentos da sociedade. Na edição desta sexta, 31 de janeiro, entidades representativas debateram sobre grave crise hídrica do Estado do Rio.
