Ronaldo Luiz, arquiteto de soluções de TI, comenta os benefícios, riscos e desafios da indústria 4.0 no setor

A Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental (ABES) promoveu, nesta quinta-feira, 25 de junho, o evento online do programa ABES Conecta sobre uso da Inteligência Artificial (IA), Internet das Coisas (IoT) e BigData no saneamento. O evento foi realizado pela Câmara Temática da ABES de Tecnologia da Informação e Inovação. Assista à transmissão completa.
Com moderação de Ricardo Carvalheiro, coordenador da CT de Tecnologia da Informação e Inovação, o webinar teve a palestra de Ronaldo Luiz Gualberto Freire, arquiteto de soluções de TI.
Na oportunidade, o especialista traçou o atual cenário do saneamento no País e explicou como as inovações podem contribuir para maior eficiência operacional, redução de perdas e melhora dos índices do setor.
“Essas tecnologias reduzem o custo da operação e manutenção. Hoje, cada vez mais, o movimento está neste sentido de ampliar os serviços e reduzir os custos”, comentou Freire. Ele abordou ainda os desafios e riscos para o avanço dos processos no setor.
Ao fim do evento, foi realizado o sorteio de duas bolsas de estudo entre associados da ABES para o Curso Livre de Capacitação em Saneamento Ambiental, promovido em parceria entre associação e Fundação Escola de Sociologia e Política de São Paulo (FESPSP).
