Nesta quinta, 30 de julho, a Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental (ABES), por meio da ABES Seção Rio de Janeiro, promoveu webinar gratuito sobre concessão dos serviços de abastecimento de água e esgotamento sanitário no Estado do Rio.
O debate contou com as participações de André Dickstein, promotor do Ministério Público do Estado do Rio de Janeiro – MPRJ; Claudio Dutra, presidente da Fundação Rio-Águas; Guilherme Albuquerque, chefe de departamento no Banco Nacional do Desenvolvimento – BNDES; Isaac Volschan Jr., professor titular do Departamento de Recursos Hídricos e Meio Ambiente da Escola Politécnica da UFRJ. A moderação foi feita por Miguel Alvarenga Fernández y Fernández, presidente da ABES-RJ.
Entre os assuntos, foram discutidos a proposta de modelagem desenvolvida pelo BNDES, a titularidade dos municípios, as expectativas de investimentos e as projeções para ampliar a prestação dos serviços à população, entre outros temas. Acesse aqui e assista a transmissão completa.
