ABES-MG marca presença na 1ª Feira Mineira de Resíduos, em Belo Horizonte

A Seção, em parceria com o Crea-Minas, participou com um estande no evento, que recebeu diversas soluções inovadoras para a gestão dos resíduos sólidos.

Nos dias 6 e 7 de outubro, a Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental Seção Minas Gerais (ABES-MG), em parceria com o Crea-Minas (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia de Minas Gerais) participou com um estande da 1ª Feira Mineira de Resíduos. O evento, que recebeu diversas soluções inovadoras para a gestão dos resíduos sólidos, aconteceu no CIT SENAI, em Belo Horizonte/MG. A presidente da ABES-MG, Flávia Mourão, foi umas das convidadas da abertura.

A feira foi realizada pelo Sindlurb-MG (Sindicato das Empresas de Coleta, Limpeza e Industrialização de Resíduos de Minas Gerais), com o apoio da FIEMG (Federação das Indústrias de Minas Gerais) e doSEBRAE (Serviçõ Brasileiro de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas).

A programação contou ainda com palestras que abordam aspectos relacionados à legislação, tecnologias e parcerias necessárias para alavancar a economia circular.

A palestra de abertura foi ministrada pela secretária de Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento Sustentável (SEMAD), Marília Melo. Em sua fala, a executiva destacou a importância das parcerias entre os setores público e privado para reduzir o déficit de investimento em saneamento. Reforçou também o papel fundamental da ABES – como entidade técnica e científica – na formulação de políticas públicas e aperfeiçoamento da legislação.
