ABES-SP homenageia seus ex-presidentes em noite de inauguração da reforma da sede

Esta quarta-feira, 15 de dezembro, foi uma data especial para celebrar a inauguração da reforma da sede da A ABES Seção São Paulo, localizada no bairro de Pinheiros, na capital paulista, revitalizada e modernizada. A noite contou ainda o reconhecimento da Associação para com seus ex-presidentes, homenageando-os com uma placa. Presencialmente, além de parte dos ex-líderes da seção, estiveram presentes diretores, conselheiros e convidados especiais.

O coordenador Institucional da ABES-SP, Ricardo Ribeiro, abriu a cerimônia com a exibição do vídeo institucional da Associação (assista aqui) e agradeceu a presença dos convidados. O presidente nacional da ABES Alceu Guérios Bittencourt foi a frente e falou sobre a história da sede, sua ligação com o saneamento e a relação e importância que a ABES-SP tem com a ABES em âmbito nacional. “Conseguimos equilibrar as contas da entidade nesse momento de pandemia contando com ajuda da ABES-SP. Vivemos aqui esse momento marcante e quero reforçar essa relação que para nós é fundamental. Parabéns a todos que participaram da reforma da sede”, discursou.

Em seu discurso, Luiz Pladevall, presidente da ABES-SP,  que apresentou a cerimônia, lembrou as dificuldades impostas pela pandemia e exaltou a resiliência de todos os funcionários e colaboradores da Associação, que contribuíram para que nessa nova realidade os eventos, reuniões de comitês, câmaras temáticas e cursos ocorressem de forma online. “Este ano, apesar de tudo online, nós conseguimos ter as maiores representações dos últimos anos nos Comitês de Bacias. Com o apoio das subseções, hoje, a ABES está representada em 16 das 21 Câmaras dos Comitês das Bacias Hidrográficas do Estado de São Paulo”, informou.

“A diretoria da ABES-SP reconhece a importância das lideranças anteriores e aproveita esse momento para fazer uma homenagem aos seus ex-presidentes”, anunciou Pladevall. Pela ordem receberam as honrarias Paulo Bezerril Júnior (1987-1989); Paulo Ferreira (1991-1993), João Jorge da Costa (1993-1995), e Orlando Zuliani Cassetari (1995-1997), que falou: “Eu queria salientar que nós temos quatro ex-diretores da Sabesp, e que a Sabesp ajudou muito não só a ABES-SP como a ABES (nacional). “O Cassetari foi bem preciso pois há uma parceria muito grande entre a ABES e a Sabesp em existe uma colaboração mútua que trouxe muitos frutos e trará muito mais no futuro,” complementou Pladevall.

Seguindo com as homenagens foi a vez de Sérgio Pinto Parreira (2008-2009), que emocionado disse: “Estou muito feliz de estar aqui hoje e ver essa sede tão bonita. Estão de parabéns o Pladevall e o Márcio Oliveira que investiram nessa ampliação”, frisou ele, que foi o responsável pela aquisição da sede da ABES-SP. Na sequência foi a vez de Dante Ragazzi Pauli (2009-2012), Alceu Guérios Bittencourt (2012-2017) e Márcio Gonçalves de Oliveira (2017-2021), que destacou: “Nós tivemos aqui um grupo forte para sair essa reforma e fortalecer a ABES-SP. O Pladevall era um vice-presidente incansável que foi de arquiteto a fiscal de obra e deixou essa casa linda. Parabéns a todos os envolvidos e ao Pladevall, que foi um companheiro forte e por sua causa que tudo ficou desse jeito”.

As placas foram entregues aos homenageados por diretores e pelo vice-presidente da ABES-SP: Juliana Almeida Dutra, Maycon Rogério de Abreu, Luis Eduardo Grisotto, Nelson de Campos Lima, Roseane Maria Garcia Lopez de Souza, Agostinho Geraldes, Marisa Guimarães e Carlos Berenhauser e Nivaldo da Costa Rodrigues.

No encerramento da cerimônia, o presidente Luiz Pladevall citou todos os ex-presidentes da entidade que não puderam estar presentes no evento, além de parabenizar toda a equipe responsável pela restauração da nova sede.

Ex-presidentes: Júlio Cerqueira César (1972-1976), Nelson Luiz Rodrigues Nucci (1983-1986), Lineu Rodrigues Alonso (1986-1987), Mário Pero Tinoco (1989-1991), José Aurélio Boranga (1999 a 2003) e Lineu Andrade de Almeida (2003 a 2007).

In memorian: Mauro Garcia (1967-1969), Benoit Almeida Victoretti (1969-1972), Otacílio Alves Caldeira (1976-1981), Camal A. Salomão Rameh (1981-1983) e Antonio Marsiglia Neto (1997-1999).

Representando todos os ex-presidentes da ABES-SP, Dante Ragazzi foi convidado a dizer algumas palavras. “O fato é que o tempo passa e a gente tem uma história. São 36 anos de Sabesp e 36 anos de participação ativa na ABES e é motivo de muita honra falar em nome dos meus amigos. Cada um enfrentou um momento difícil no saneamento enquanto presidente da ABES, seja em São Paulo seja no Brasil. Eu só tenho que agradecer. Muito obrigado”, concluiu Dante.

 Após a cerimônia, os convidados puderam aproveitar um coquetel e confraternizar ao som de muita música ao vivo.

Reunião do Conselho 

Antes das homenagens e da inauguração, foi realizada a reunião do Conselho da ABES-SP, com participantes presenciais e online. Na oportunidade, o presidente Luiz Pladevall apresentou um balanço com as principais realizações de 2021 e um planejamento preliminar para 2022.
