Representantes das empresas Sabesp e Corsan discutiram o tema “Adaptabilidade e olhar para o futuro”

 A Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES, por meio do CNQA – Comitê Nacional da Qualidade ABES, promoveu nesta sexta-feira, 18 de dezembro, terceiro e último dia do Prêmio Nacional de Qualidade em Saneamento – PNQS Ciclo 2020, o Seminário de Benchmarking AMEGSA (As Melhores em Gestão no Saneamento Ambiental). Esta edição da premiação aconteceu em plataforma digital.

Dentro do tema “Adaptabilidade e olhar para o futuro”, o segundo painel do dia reuniu representantes das organizações reconhecidas no Nível II da categoria AMEGSA.

Integraram a discussão Alberto Prado Cunha, gerente da UGR Jardins da Sabesp; José Roberto Ceolin Epstein, superintendente regional da Regional Central – Surcen, da Corsan; Aldomir Antonio Santi, superintendente da Região do Planalto – Surpla, da Corsan; Luciano Brandão, superintendente adjunto Regional da Sinos – Sursin, da Corsan; e Sheila Raquel Bindo, gerente da Superintendência de Gestão de Empreendimentos da Metropolitana da Sabesp.

Com moderação de Ivana Maria Rodrigues, da Julgo Consultoria, os representantes destacaram as atividades das suas empresas e os progressos após a adoção do Modelo de Excelência em Gestão do Saneamento Ambiental – MEGSA

Ivana Maria Rodrigues agradeceu à ABES por sua participação no PNQS. “Em um momento tão específico de mundo, fico muito satisfeita em poder moderar um painel em que falamos sobre adaptabilidade e visão de mundo. É excepcional poder utilizar toda essa tecnologia e ferramenta do AMEGSA para nos proteger de toda essa crise que está assolando o mundo”, disse.

Cada debatedor contou com 10 minutos para apresentar o conteúdo do projeto de sua Superintendência e, após todas as apresentações, houve 15 minutos de debate entre os palestrantes, que também responderam as perguntas dos espectadores neste momento.

Alberto Prado Cunha apresentou as principais características da UGR Jardins e o seu planejamento operacional. Pontuou também os desafios na área de infraestrutura da área e quais foram as melhorias de processos realizadas por meio do MEGSA. Alberto falou também sobre a adaptabilidade da equipe com as restrições diante da pandemia de Covid-19 e como a metodologia do MEGSA auxiliou neste processo.

José Epstein fez uma apresentação sobre a adaptabilidade e o olhar para o futuro. Iniciou pontuando os desafios enfrentados pela Corsan ao longo dos anos e quais foram as adaptações implantadas na companhia. Apresentou o Modelo Estruturado de Gestão da Companhia, que trouxe resultados positivos para o enfretamento dos desafios. Mostrou as adaptações da Corsan frente às mudanças ocasionadas pela pandemia de Covid-19 e, também, com os novos desafios do novo marco regulatório do setor de saneamento.

Aldomir Santi iniciou apresentando a regional Planalto, que é a maior da Corsan em número de municípios atendidos, localizada no norte do estado.  A estiagem é o maior problema enfrentado por essa regional e Santi apresentou o processo de adaptação neste ano frente à maior estiagem dos últimos 100 anos que atingiu a região. Além de pontuar as ações de adaptabilidade para minimizar os desafios enfrentados diante da pandemia e, também, diante do novo marco regulatório do saneamento.

Luciano Brandão também apresentou as características de sua superintendência, a SURSIN, reforçando que a estiagem foi um desafio muito grande no final de 2019 e início de 2020. E, assim como as demais superintendências da Corsan, o maior desafio do ano foi a pandemia de Covid-19, seguido pela mudança no marco regulatório do setor de saneamento. Luciano falou, ainda, sobre as Parcerias Público-Privadas (PPPs) da companhia como forma de enfrentar os desafios impostos pela mudança do marco.

Sheila Bindo, da Sabesp, apresentou os principais processos da diretoria e as práticas que tiveram sucesso. Pontuou, também, as saídas encontradas diante das mudanças estruturais que tiveram que fazer devido à pandemia de Covid-19.

Considerado o “Oscar do Saneamento”, o PNQS é o único prêmio do setor no mundo e estimula e reconhece a busca e aplicação de boas práticas de gestão pelas organizações em prol do desenvolvimento do setor de saneamento ambiental no Brasil.
