Premiação do PNQS 2017: emoção na cerimônia do “Oscar do Saneamento”

Uma festa com muita emoção e paixão pelo Saneamento: assim foi a Cerimônia de Premiação do PNQS – Prêmio Nacional de Qualidade em Saneamento Ciclo 2017, promovida pelo CNQA – Comitê Nacional da Qualidade ABES em Aracaju, Sergipe, nesta terça-feira, 21 de novembro (Confira aqui o álbum de fotos).

Realizada no Iate Clube Aracaju, a solenidade contou com a participação de presidentes de empresas de saneamento e cerca de 500 profissionais e especialistas do setor, 300 deles vindos de outros estados e 200 sergipanos, a maioria funcionários e colaboradores da Deso, empresa anfitriã do evento.

Compuseram o palco o presidente nacional da ABES, Roberval Tavares de Souza, o presidente da Companhia de Saneamento de Sergipe – Deso, Carlos Fernandes de Melo Neto, representando o governador Jackson Barreto, o presidente da Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná – Sanepar, Mounir Chaowiche, representando o governador Beto Richa, o presidente da Companhia de Saneamento Básico de São Paulo, Jerson Kelman, representando o governador Geraldo Alckmin, o presidente da Companhia Espirito Santense de Saneamento – Cesan, Pablo Ferraço Andreão, a coordenadora do Comitê Nacional da Qualidade ABES, Rosana Dias, a coordenadora adjunta do CNQA, Maria Ângela Dumont Sargaço; o secretário geral do CNQA, Márcio Romero, a coordenadora da Câmara Temática de Prestação de Serviços e Relacionamento com o Cliente da ABES, Samanta Souza, e o coordenador da Câmara Temática de Gestão de Perdas e Eficiência Energética, Ricardo Röver.

Rosana Dias, coordenadora do CNQA – Comitê Nacional da Qualidade ABES, responsável pelo PNQS, abriu a solenidade ressaltando o esforço dos profissionais do setor. “Todos que atuam no setor sabem do esforço e do comprometimento de cada um para melhorarmos o saneamento no Brasil. E o PNQS tem contribuído com esta história.”

O presidente da Deso, Carlos Fernandes de Melo Neto, falou sobre a satisfação de receber o evento de encerramento do PNQS em Sergipe. “Acompanhamos o evento em outros estados e conseguimos, juntamente com o presidente Roberval Tavares, trazer para Sergipe. O PNQS coroa o final de ano de cada gestão de todas as empresas do setor de saneamento. É uma honra para todas as empresas que recebem o prêmio por sua gestão. A palavra gestão é o grande futuro das empresas de saneamento. Queria fazer um agradecimento especial a todos da Deso. A todos os servidores que nos honram e se dedicam todos os dias. Os trabalhadores acompanham indicadores, metas, resultados e A satisfação do cliente. Conseguimos captar e absorver. Hoje, graças ao nosso esforço, iremos receber dois prêmios da categoria de qualidade. Acompanho esse procedimento e a visita dos examinadores. Há respeito, lisura. Por isso o PNQS é muito importante.  Participamos com 9 unidades e recebemos 2 troféus com muito orgulho. O trabalho de cada funcionário ajudou nessa conquista para melhorar a gestão e a qualidade de cada companhia.”

Roberval Tavares de Souza agradeceu ao presidente da Deso e a hospitalidade do povo sergipano. “Tivemos a presença de mais de 300 sanitaristas de fora do estado de Sergipe, que vieram prestigiar o nosso evento.”

O presidente da ABES ressaltou os pilares de trabalho da ABES: político-institucional, técnico-científico, destacando o treinamento aberto a todos os sanitaristas do Brasil e a UNIABES, a maior plataforma EAD do país de cursos para o Saneamento Ambiental, e a gestão: ajudar as empresas de saneamento a conseguir melhorar nesta questão. “Dentro deste escopo, tenho certeza de que a ABES está cumprindo seu papel. Esse nosso produto (PNQS), que tem 20 anos, tem levado o saneamento adiante, reconhecendo as empresas que mais avançam no nosso setor. O caminho da universalização é muito duro para nós do setor. Temos muitos entraves para conseguir chegar à universalização. Mas a adoção do MEG (Modelo de Excelência de Gestão) com certeza ajuda muito nesse caminho. Posso afirmar categoricamente que as empresas que adotaram o modelo estão dois passos à frente daquelas que não adotaram. Temos 5.500 municípios em nosso país, 26 empresas estaduais, mais de 1.500 sistemas municipais. O MEG serve para a empresa pública estadual, a empresa pública municipal e a empresa privada. Esse bloco de empresas que adotaram o modelo está à frente das que não adotaram. Precisamos difundir isso no nosso país para que possamos avançar na questão da universalização.”

Destacou ainda o desafio da nova coordenação do PNQS, que era lançar duas novas modalidades: o Prêmio de Eficiência Operacional  (PEOS), realizado em parceria com a Câmara Temática de Gestão de Perdas e Eficiência Energética, que focou nas perdas de água, e o Selo de Qualidade aos Fornecedores, trabalho conjunto do CNQA com a Câmara Temática de Prestação de Serviços e Relacionamento com Clientes. “O desafio para o próximo ano é conseguir envolver mais empresas do setor, principalmente dos pequenos sistemas, como os municipais, para que possamos avançar no saneamento. Também envolver o Ministério das Cidades. Adotar um modelo com apoio do Ministério para que possamos avançar ainda mais”. E finalizou agradecendo a todos os participantes. “Este ano, conseguimos bater recorde de inscrições e isso é muito importante para o setor. Que o saneamento consiga avançar cada vez mais com o Modelo de Excelência da Gestão.”

Em sua fala, o presidente da Sabesp, Jerson Kelman, ressaltou a importância do MEF para vencer a crise hídrica que atingiu São Paulo em 2015/16. “Vou dar uma receita para os meus colegas e presidentes de empresas de como se ganhar muitos prêmios: é só não atrapalhar. Na Sabesp, a premiação, o esforço pelo MEG iniciou há mais de 15 anos. Cumprimento o Paulo Massato, que foi quem começou isso na Sabesp e tem continuado em todos esses anos. Meu papel como presidente foi não atrapalhar, pelo contrário, tentar aplicar a toda a empresa. Tenho certeza de que, se não fosse o MEG e a competência dos técnicos da Sabesp, não teríamos conseguido vencer a pior crise hídrica da história e não poderíamos estar agora ajudando os nossos colegas de outros estados, como é o caso também de Sergipe, a vencer a crise hídrica. Estamos muito satisfeitos com esse resultado”. A Sabesp foi a grande campeã da noite, com 12 prêmios.

Com apresentações do coral da Deso, que abriu com o Hino Nacional Brasileiro, sob a regência do maestro Sérgio Telles, e da cantora lírica Giovana Maira, a cerimônia premiou os vencedores das categorias AMEGSA – As Melhores em Gestão no Saneamento Ambiental, IGS – Inovação da Gestão em Saneamento, PEOS – Prêmio de Eficiência Operacional no Saneamento e do Selo da Qualidade do Fornecedor de Serviços de Saneamento Ambiental – SQFSA (veja aqui os vencedores )

Os examinadores Caio Celso Machado Vidor, Eduardo Antonio Bockel e Sandra de Souza foram homenageados representando todos os 64 especialistas voluntários que compuseram a banca de avaliação neste Ciclo 2017. A coordenadora do CNQA, Rosana Dias, fez a entrega da Medalha Quíron para Cassilda Teixeira de Carvalho, que idealizou e trabalhou nos últimos 20 anos para tornar o PNQS uma realidade.

Para o presidente da Sanepar, Mounir Chaowiche, a premiação demonstra a competência, dedicação e união dos empregados da Companhia em busca de um objetivo comum. “Nós paranaenses temos que nos orgulhar em ter uma empresa que é referência nacional e internacional”. A empresa conquistou mais quatro prêmios de reconhecimento nacional.

O presidente da Cesan, Pablo Andreão, frisou a importância do PNQS para a companhia. “É mais um reconhecimento à brilhante trajetória da empresa, que este ano completou 50 anos, resultado de muita dedicação e foco no cliente. A empresa avançou muito nos últimos anos com seus resultados e possui um plano estratégico para continuar crescendo e evoluindo.”

O coordenador da Câmara Temática de Gestão de Perdas e Eficiência Energética, Ricardo Röver, destaca a qualidade técnica. ”A riqueza dos trabalhos apresentados por diversas empresas de saneamento brasileiras combinou inovação com conhecimentos e técnicas e os resultados ultrapassaram e muito os parâmetros apenas financeiros. Foram muito positivos também os resultados na melhoria do atendimento, na eficiência energética, na preservação dos recursos hídricos e na preservação dos sistemas de abastecimento. Nesta edição, profissionais da Sabesp, Sanepar, Corsan, Cesan, Deso, de Sergipe, Aegea, BRK e Sanasa, além de outras empresas, apresentaram trabalhos técnicos de altíssimo nível, interagindo e certamente contribuindo muito para o desenvolvimento de todos, nestes temas tão importantes. Nesta edição, a ABES inovou, inserindo uma nova modalidade no PNQS, o Prêmio Eficiência Operacional no Saneamento, construído em conjunto com a Câmara Temática de Gestão de Perdas e Eficiência Energética”. Röver informa que a partir de segunda-feira (27 de novembro), serão publicados os trabalhos técnicos na página da CT Gestão de Perdas e Eficiência Energética no site da ABES, na biblioteca virtual, e ficarão disponíveis aos interessados.

O ponto alto da festa foram as comemorações emocionadas dos profissionais de todas as empresas a cada anúncio de vencedor. O reconhecimento ao setor e aos profissionais que trabalham para levar a todos os brasileiros saneamento, saúde e qualidade de vida. Viva o Saneamento!
