Simultâneo ao Rio Water Week, PNQS Ciclo 2018 abre primeiro dia com apresentações de cases de empresas no Seminário de Benchmarking Inovação em Gestão no Saneamento

Um dia inteiro com propostas inovadoras para o setor de saneamento no Brasil. Assim teve início, na segunda-feira (26), o Seminário de Benchmarking do Ciclo 2018 PNQS – Prêmio Nacional da Qualidade em Saneamento, promovido pela Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES, no Rio de Janeiro. Na ocasião, empresas apresentaram seus cases de sucesso no Seminário de Benchmarking IGS – Inovação em Gestão no Saneamento em três salas lotadas, no Riocentro (acesse aqui o álbum de fotos do PNQS Ciclo 2018).

O IGS é uma iniciativa voltada a reconhecer práticas gerenciais inovadoras, em qualquer um dos processos da organização. Neste ano, a modalidade contou com 37 apresentações de trabalhos, sendo 26 da Sabesp, 6 da Sanepar, 4 da Cesan e 1 da Corsan. Melhorias no relacionamento com os clientes e soluções criativas para os processos de água e esgoto foram alguns dos temas abordados nos cases.

Integrante há 14 anos da comissão avaliadora do IGS, Oswaldo Serrano, destacou a crescente evolução dos trabalhos apresentados no seminário e a abertura do setor para novas ideias. “A gente nota nitidamente uma evolução muita significativa da qualidade dos trabalhos, não só da qualidade do trabalho em si, mas da iniciativa cada vez mais refinada e mais aprimorada em busca da qualidade no saneamento. E esse ano não foi diferente. Não só a qualidade, mas o volume de cases. Nesta edição tivemos três salas de apresentações. É um mundo muito significativo e um sinal claro do momento em que vivemos no saneamento de ideias brotando e todas com qualidade”, afirma.

Serrano ainda comentou sobre o que é necessário um case ter para ser premiado no IGS: “Inovação acima de tudo, tem que brilhar nossos olhos e também no que aquela inovação significa para aquela empresa, aos empregados e à comunidade que ela tem. Acho que esse conjunto de coisas é o que dá o verdadeiro brilho ao case”, completa.

Considerado o Oscar do saneamento no Brasil, o PNQS ocorreu simultaneamente à Rio Water Week – Semana da Água no Rio, encontro internacional promovido pela primeira vez no país para tratar questões referentes à água em sua concepção mais ampla, abordando desafios, políticas públicas e soluções tecnológicas existentes no Brasil e no mundo.

O presidente nacional da ABES, Roberval Tavares de Souza, salientou a satisfação em promover a Rio Water Week com a expectativa de mantê-la no país e a integração do PNQS paralelo ao evento. “É motivo de muito orgulho ter realizado a primeira edição do Rio Water Week. Mais de 2000 mil inscritos e mais de 40 palestrantes internacionais, no primeiro evento internacional da ABES, que agora inicia um novo ciclo para a cada dois anos ter o Rio Water Week, não só no Rio de Janeiro, podendo estender para o Brasil inteiro. Na primeira edição, contou com algo diferente, que foi fazer um evento paralelo, o Seminário de Benchmarking do Prêmio Nacional de Qualidade em Saneamento – PNQS nos três dias, culminando na premiação na noite do dia 28. Estou muito feliz, particularmente, toda a diretoria da ABES e todos os sanitaristas do Brasil por ter consolidado mais um grande evento dos sanitaristas aqui no Brasil. Parabéns para todos da ABES!”, valoriza.

O segundo dia contou com as apresentações de cases no Seminário de Benchmarking do Prêmio de Eficiência Operacional no Saneamento (PEOS) e painéis de debates. Na quarta-feira (28), o PNQS Ciclo 2018 premiou também as empresas vencedoras do SQFSA – Selo de Qualidade do Fornecedor da Prestação de Serviços de Saneamento Ambiental e AMEGSA – As Melhores em Gestão no Saneamento Ambiental. A premiação estimula a melhoria e aperfeiçoamento dos processos de gestão nas empresas de saneamento brasileiras.

O diretor-geral Anderson Etter, do Serviço Municipal de Água e Esgotos – Semae, de São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul, explicou a adoção do Programa de Educação “Jornada da Excelência ABES” por parte da empresa a partir do planejamento estratégico com o objetivo de identificar melhorias em seus processos, integrando toda a força de trabalho. Com isso, salientou a expectativa da Semae de também participar do próximo ciclo do Prêmio Nacional de Qualidade em Saneamento. “Nossa visão é ser reconhecido nacionalmente até 2020 pelo compromisso com excelência dos serviços prestados como uma autarquia municipal adotando o modelo preconizado pelo PNQS. (…) Temos plena convicção que esse processo qualificará a gestão oferecendo à sociedade leopoldense, atendida pelo serviço municipal de água e esgoto, um melhor resultado em relação aos nossos processos”, afirma.

Cases apresentados no IGS valorizam a inovação no saneamento

Sob o tema “Gestão do abastecimento de água com foco no cliente”, Fernanda Silva Pereira, da Cesan, promoveu uma das apresentações dos cases selecionados do IGS e explicou a abordagem. “A gente começou a se colocar no lugar do cliente e perceber de que forma a Cesan poderia chegar e atender melhor nosso cliente quando ele fica com falta de abastecimento. A ideia do trabalho é mais essa, da gente ter uma visão mais enfática para o cliente, tentar fazer com que a manutenção e operação não gerasse tanto transtorno. Foi uma experiência nova para mim, já apresento internamente na Cesan, mas é a primeira vez em um evento aberto para outras empresas”, expõe.

Júlio Kazuhiro Tino, da Sanepar, apresentou o case “Inovação da sistemática de gestão promovida pela plataforma REO” e ressaltou a chance de exibir seu trabalho no PQNS: “É uma oportunidade de demonstrar isso não só para os colegas de empresa, mas também de outras empresas que estão trabalhando aqui e apresentando trabalhos. Para mim, é bastante gratificante vir aqui e apresentar o trabalho e demonstrar o esforço de cada um, não só meu como apresentador, mas de toda a equipe. É uma experiência diferente, a gente vem apresentar para outras companhias e aprende com eles também. É uma troca de conhecimentos”, frisa.

Ana Paula Pereira da Silveira, da Sabesp – MS, abordou o case “Programa de Excelência Global – Desenvolvimento de fornecedores Sabesp”. “Foi uma honra poder participar do IGS, apresentar o trabalho que desenvolvemos, ainda mais neste ano, que o mesmo está acontecendo junto com esse evento tão importante como o RWW”, conta.

“Comunicadores socioambientais”, esse foi o tema apresentado por Magali Bitencourt, da Sabesp – ML, concorrendo ao IGS deste ano. “O IGS tem dois aspectos muito importantes. O primeiro é oferecer a oportunidade de divulgação do nosso trabalho. O processo de responsabilidade socioambiental ainda é visto, por muitos, simplesmente como um conjunto de atividades filantrópicas. Assim, é gratificante quando podemos mostrar como RSA pode agregar valor ao negócio da empresa. O segundo aspecto é o compartilhamento. A prática dos Comunicadores Socioambientais é inédita no setor em todo o mundo e acredito que possa ser utilizada por outras empresas sempre que haja necessidade de sensibilizar a população sobre questões socioambientais”, ressalta.
