ABES-SP: nova coordenação da Câmara Técnica de Recursos Hídricos toma posse

Tomou posse na última quarta-feira, 12 de abril, a nova coordenação da CTRH/ABES-SP, durante a 20ª reunião ocorrida na sede da ABES-SP.

Composta por Luís Eduardo Grisotto (coordenação geral), Fernando Cintra Mortara (coordenação executiva), Osvaldo Niida (coordenação técnica), Dafne Corrêa da Silva (secretaria executiva) e Wagner de Miranda Pedroso (secretaria adjunta), a nova equipe assume o comando da Câmara Técnica até 2019, com a tarefa de dar continuidade aos trabalhos e discussões do setor de recursos hídricos e saneamento ambiental e, também, ampliar e diversificar iniciativas e atividades da entidade.

“O time é de primeira linha e estamos bastante empolgados, sobretudo porque teremos o Congresso ABES/FENASAN em outubro desse ano e o Fórum Mundial da Água no início de 2018. E a Câmara tem um papel fundamental nisso”, destacou Luis Grisotto.

O novo coordenador executivo, Fernando Mortara, reforçou o papel da Câmara como indutora de iniciativas de âmbito multisetorial, integrando diversos temas e especialidades de forma aberta e transparente, sempre perseguindo o objetivo de manter a qualidade e a excelência técnica dos debates. “Nesses próximos dois anos pretendemos ampliar debates sobre temas importantes, tais como os efeitos da privatização dos serviços de saneamento sobre o setor de recursos hídricos ou, ainda, como está o ambiente ´pós-crise hídrica´”, afirmou. Osvaldo Niida, coordenador técnico, lembrou que esses temas – entre tantos outros, como a regulação, a proteção de mananciais, o planejamento e a gestão hídricas – são essenciais para que as políticas e instituições aprimorem-se, trazendo maior racionalidade e eficiência nas suas atividades, ao mesmo tempo que garantam mais investimentos e sustentabilidade à oferta e à gestão hídrica em todo o País. “E a CTRH é uma das principais referências nesse debate.”

A secretária executiva, Dafne Corrêa da Silva, não esconde o entusiasmo para essa nova gestão. “Apesar da crise política e econômica, a CTRH tem o compromisso de manter a agenda de estudos e debates, propondo e divulgando ações, políticas e soluções para o planejamento, a gestão e a sustentabilidade dos recursos hídricos e do saneamento ambiental. E faremos isso com muita energia e inovação”, destacou Dafne. A secretária afirmou que já iniciou estudos para a modernização do portal da CTRH na web, além de ampliar o acesso em redes sociais e plataformas interativas, com “muitas novidades sobre conteúdos técnicos”. Também nesse sentido, Wagner de Miranda Pedroso, o novo secretário adjunto, destacou a importância da participação e divulgação dos resultados e avanços dos debates, permitindo o acesso amplo e gratuito a todos os interessados. “A CTRH tem um papel fundamental na produção e integração de conhecimentos e informações. Vamos incentivar a participação, presencial ou virtual, trocando ideias e levando essas contribuições a todos”, complementou.

A 20ª reunião da CTRH, realizada ontem, também foi brindada com a Palestra do Professor Sadalla Domingos, sobre “Geração Hidrelétrica e Abastecimento de Água na bacia do Alto Tietê”, com enfoque sobre a represa Billings e o sistema de produção de energia na Usina de Henry Borden, na vertente marítima.

Como essa, todas as atividades da CTRH são abertas e gratuitas. As reuniões são mensais, cuja programação (inclusive de palestras, webinares, etc) consta no portal da CTRH aqui.
