Seminário Benchmarking incentiva aprimoramento de práticas nas empresas e fornecedores

O último dia do Seminário Benchmarking -“Lições Aprendidas” do Prêmio Nacional da Qualidade em Saneamento – PNQS 2019, realizado nesta sexta, 29 de novembro, começou com as lições aprendidas pelas empresas nos Painéis IV e V – Nível II com foco nas melhorias dos processos e qualidade dos serviços. A discussão foi mediada por Samanta Souza, coordenadora da Câmara Temática de Prestação de Serviços e Relacionamentos com Clientes da ABES.

Para os participantes, a inspiração das organizações deve ser a sua força de trabalho, reconhecida através dos programas de desenvolvimento individual, por equipes e lideranças. O engajamento e a integração entre setores também foram quesitos abordados por todas as instituições, tendo como princípio a formação de grupos multidisciplinares em busca da excelência. Confira aqui o álbum de fotos do evento.

A Embasa, empresa de águas e saneamento da Bahia, anfitriã do PNQS 2019, pontuou como melhorias significativas os resultados, a padronização e sistematização de processos, dados e informações, além da visão sistêmica, união e mobilização das equipes. A empresa atende a 368 dos 417 municípios baianos, ou seja, 87% das cidades em todo o Estado. Fundada em 1971, a Embasa já alcançou 80% de cobertura em abastecimento de água e 36% em esgotamento sanitário na Bahia.

Entre os desafios superados a empresa citou a mudança de cultura, sensibilização de toda a força de trabalho, adequação de novas rotinas e implantação da auditoria. “O que nos motiva é a busca pela excelência. Ganhar prêmios é sempre bom mas, melhor ainda, é o aprendizado que ganhamos na busca pela excelência dos serviços. Essa sim é uma enorme conquista”, enfatizou Gabriel Ramos, representando a Embasa UR Jequié. Para ele, a Embasa ainda tem muitos desafios, dos quais citou o empoderamento dos clientes, acompanhamento dos avanços tecnológicos e a manutenção das equipes mobilizadas.

Outro fornecedor em destaque no PNQS 2019 foi a Globalsan Saneamento e Construções Ltda, fundada em 1982. A empresa presta serviços de engenharia especializados para concessionários do setor, atendendo a uma população de 2,5 milhões de pessoas no estado de São Paulo.  Otaviano Vianna, representante da Globalsan apresentou as principais práticas implantadas pela empresa com foco no cliente e na busca pela excelência, desde os incentivos aos colaboradores internos até ações educativas junto aos clientes. “O caminho do aprimoramento é ilimitado e gratificante. Sabemos que ainda temos muito que aprender, mas as conquistas até aqui já nos inspiram a continuar”, concluiu Vianna, acrescentando que a empresa pretende aprimorar processos, procedimentos e ações, melhorar ainda mais a identidade da Globalsan e acompanhar sempre os mapas estratégicos para avaliar os resultados.

Participaram ainda desde primeiro painel a Sabesp – UGR São Miguel Paulista; Fusan – Fundação Sanepar de Previdência Social; Corsan – Superintendência da Região Metropolitana; DESO – Gerência de Receita; Embasa – UR Itaberaba; Sabesp – Departamento de Engenheira Oeste. Ainda dentro da programação do Seminário Benchmarking, o Painel V – Níveis III e IV (Diamante) trouxe as experiências e lições aprendidas pela Sabesp em suas unidades UGR Billings, UGR Itaquera e Unidade de Negócio Norte.

Dando continuidade ao evento, a coordenadora adjunta do CNQA, Maria Ângela Sargaço, explicou as mudanças no ranking de pontuação e alguns números do PNQS. “Mas os números apenas não traduzem o trabalho. O mais importante é perceber o crescimento das empresas e comprometimento das pessoas no setor do saneamento.

A implementação do modelo ajuda no comportamento das pessoas em todos os processos das organizações”, comemorou a coordenadora adjunta, informando que este ano mais dois estados se integraram ao PNQS, totalizando 15 companhias estaduais participantes, 9 municipais, e 13 privadas 1 serviço intermunicipal. “Excelência é como subir degraus de uma escada em constante mudança. Temos que buscar sempre novos patamares. E é isso que o PNQS faz”, finalizou Maria Ângela, lembrando que o PNQS é o único prêmio no setor de saneamento no mundo.
