Congresso ABES Fenasan 2017: painéis debaterão sobre a Lei das Estatais

Encontro acontecerá no SP Expo de 2 a 6 de outubro, debatendo os temas mais relevantes do saneamento ambiental. Esta será uma oportunidade única de conhecer inovações tecnológicas, debater políticas públicas, intercambiar informações e ampliar a rede de contatos profissionais. As inscrições estão abertas.

O Congresso ABES-Fenasan 2017, que será realizado de 2 a 6 de outubro no São Paulo Expo pela ABES- Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental e pela AESabesp – Associação dos Engenheiros da Sabesp (programação técnica dias 3, 4 e 5 de outubro; solenidade de abertura no dia 2 e visitas técnicas em 6/10), terá dois painéis dedicados ao tema “Lei das Estatais”: o primeiro, “A Lei das Estatais – processos de contratação”, será realizado no dia 3 de outubro, às 16h15; o segundo, “A Lei das Estatais – governança”, no dia 5, às 14h.

O primeiro painel discutirá o capítulo de contratações da nova lei das estatais, com particular destaque para as novas modalidades de contratação integrada e semi-integrada. Serão abordados casos específicos de construção do regulamento das empresas de economia mista.

No encontro do dia 5, serão discutidas as premissas da “Lei das Estatais”: o Estatuto jurídico da empresa pública, da sociedade de economia mista e de suas subsidiárias, no âmbito da União, dos Estados, do Distrito Federal e dos Municípios – seus aspectos e benefícios.

Serão abordadas as principais mudanças quanto ao regime societário das empresas públicas e da sociedade de economia mista.
